The package of documents for sale-trade of a real estate includes:
Document/s/ for ownership proving the property rights for the real estate
Personal ID document
Tax assessment of the estate – performed and documented in written by the Taxation Office according the location of the real estate
Drawing or certificate for the location of the estate
Authorization if a party of the deal can not attend in person
Written certificate for charges issued by Regional Court according the location of the estate
Property Rental
The consignment of a real estate for temporary and paid use is according the Law for debts and contracts. The term of rent can not be more than 10 years. If the contract is concluded for more than 10 years and it is not written, the contract is still valid but for the term of 10 years.
